How do I book a taxi?
For urgent or same-day trips, call us on 0477 313 313. For trips you can plan ahead, such as airport transfers and charters, request a booking online.
Are you available at night and on weekends?
We are on call. Give us a ring or contact us and we will let you know how soon we can be there.
Can I book ahead?
Yes. Booking ahead is best for airport transfers, charters, group trips, accessible transport and longer Kimberley runs. For same-day local trips, calling is usually fastest.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Derby and travel across the Kimberley, including runs to and from Broome, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, Kununurra and Wyndham. See fleet & coverage.
Do you travel to remote locations or mine sites?
Yes. We do longer transfers and charters across the Kimberley. Send us the route, date and passenger numbers and we will quote it.
How much does a local taxi cost?
Local taxis run on regulated maximum fares (a flagfall plus a per-kilometre rate, with a higher tariff at night and on weekends). See the fare table on the Local Taxi & Fares page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, EFTPOS, CabCharge and cash. PTSS is accepted for eligible passengers.
Do you have a wheelchair-accessible taxi?
Yes. We run Derby’s first and only wheelchair-accessible taxi, a ramp-equipped van with room for a carer. See wheelchair-accessible transport.
What is PTSS?
The Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme subsidises taxi travel for eligible WA residents with a severe and permanent disability. We accept PTSS. More on the Transport WA website.
Do you do airport transfers?
Yes. We run transfers to and from Broome airport (the nearest commercial airport), and we can meet charter, FIFO and private flights at Curtin and the Derby airport. See airport transfers.
Can you carry large groups?
Yes, anything from a small group up to a 22-seat coaster bus. See charters, groups & tours.
Can you help me choose the right vehicle?
Yes. Tell us how many people are travelling, where you are going, and whether you need luggage space, wheelchair access or a larger vehicle. We will match the vehicle to the trip.
Do you offer short and long term transport contracts?
Yes. We can arrange regular transport for mine sites, workforce runs, community services, aged-care transport, school runs and other scheduled trips. Email us with the details and we will talk through a plan.
Do you deliver parcels?
Yes. We carry small parcels and items around Derby and beyond. Give us a call with the pick-up and drop-off.
